REPORT OF INSPECTORS OF ELECTION
ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
I, Lisa Schwartz, the duly appointed Inspector of Election at the Annual Meeting of the Orangecrest Country Community Association, a California, nonprofit, Mutual-Benefit Corporation, held on November 17, 2020, do hereby report as follows:
• The number of members in good standing and entitled to vote on matters reported below at the Annual Meeting was 1127.
• In accordance with the Bylaws, I determined that a quorum of District Delegates representing 25% of the voting power was present. 100% of the community was represented by Delegate.
• I reviewed the registration and all ballots received.
• I received 140 valid, signed ballot return envelopes.
• I determined the authenticity, validity and effect of each of the ballots.
• I determined all challenges and questions in anyway arising in connection with the right to vote.
• The two (2) candidates receiving the highest number of votes will serve for a two (2) year term until the 2022 Annual Meeting. I counted and tabulated the votes as follows:

The Board of Directors will be holding a meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 7:00 p.m via Zoom. Please find a copy of the meeting agenda here. Homeowners are welcome to join the meeting and speak during homeowner forum. There will be a time limit of three (3) minutes per person. This is to allow enough time for all homeowners to speak. If you would like to speak during homeowner forum, please reach our to your community manager.

NOTICE OF MEETING OF DELEGATE
DISTRICTS AND
ANNUAL MEETING OF THE DELEGATES
Pursuant to Civil Code Section 5115(b), Notice is hereby given at least thirty
(30) days before the ballots are to be distributed, that the annual meeting of
the members of Orangecrest Country Community Association will be held:

2020
TIME: 7:00 P.M.

At the meeting, there will be a vote of the membership, via secret ballot, to elect directors to the Board of Director and to determine the allocation of any excess operating funds at the end of the current fiscal year.
The candidates are:

The Board of Directors has
contracted with an independent vendor, The Ballot Box, to serve as the
Inspector of Election for the purpose of preparation, receipt, and tabulation
of the ballots for this meeting. The voting power of the Association is 1127
total homes. Each home is permitted one (1) ballot. Ballots will be mailed to
the membership at least 30 days prior to the meeting and election date. Return
ballots must be received in the envelopes provided by the inspector by mail, or
other certified delivery to: The Ballot Box, 13681 Newport Ave. #8-341, Tustin,
CA 92780. The deadline for the receipt of mailed ballots is close of business
on November 15, 2020. If you would like a receipt for your returned ballot, you
are encouraged to mail the ballot with tracking through the United States Post
office, or other certified delivery service (UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, etc.). You may
also request a confirmation of receipt of your ballot via email to
info@ballotboxservices.com. As there will not be a physical location, ballots
will only be accepted by mail.
Members have the right to verify
the accuracy of their individual information on the candidate list and voting
list. Members also have the right to request individual delivery of this
notice. Request to update/change information on the candidate or voting list,
or to request individual notice must be submitted in writing to Susan Elmorabit
at selmorabit@actionlife.com.

restrictions. In the event that gathering restrictions are lifted closer to the
scheduled meeting date, and a physical location becomes available, notice will
be provided to members.
